Hi Lash babes below are my policies, and information on how to book🤍 Guest: No extra guests, No exception. Please schedule appointment accordingly Deposit: A 30$ non refundable deposit is required to book via zelle. No deposit No appointment, Appointment will be scheduled once deposit is sent ( Applied towards service, excluding cancellation, or no call no shows) Cancellation: All cancellation must be cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment time. If cancelled within the 48 hours, 50% of booked service will need to be paid before rebooking for future services. No Shows: If no call no shows your appointment 75% of booked service will need to be paid before rebooking for future services. Lash Loss: If 40% or more lash extensions are missing per eye, fill price is subjected to change. Full set price may be implemented depending on the amount of lashes lost. This will be discussed prior to appointment to decide if you would like to continue service. Phones: Please refrain to from using your phone during appointment. Free Fix: If extreme premature lash loss were to happen within 48hours from initial appointment a complimentary fix may be scheduled depending on the condition. Clean Lashes: Although I do provide a complementary lash bath, you are expected to have proper aftercare with your extensions, and therefore arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. If lashes are dirty, (make up, buildup, etc.) an additional charge maybe added a $15. Refunds: No refunds. No exceptions. Product and time are used and can’t be given back. Late: . More than 10 minutes late it will lead to an automatic cancellation, please let me know if you are running late I tried to work with everyone the best that I can. Foreign Fill: I do not offer foreign fills. If you wish to schedule an appointment with me the full set will be priced with a removal fee. Booking: If you would like to book with me, please message me through my website/Instagram/Facebook. New clients will need to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment for our lash consultation. Prior to booking the deposit will need to be sent along with your phone number and email for the confirmation text along with the waivers attached that must be completed prior to appointment a long with a inspo picture of desired look we are trying to achieve. Payment: Cash payment (no change available) or Zelle. Aftercare: You must follow proper after care to maintain the health of your natural lashes and extensions. Cancellation Policy

There is an automatic cancellation with no notice/no-call no-show/lateness. If you show up past 10 minutes of the initial appointment, the appointment is subjected to cancellation along with automatically having your 30$ deposit lost along with a 50% of service charge if you want to rebook. If you would like to rebook again you will need to pay the full amount for future appointments upfront. A 10-minute grace period is given if you are running late pls pls message me ahead of time to see if I can still fit you in, past the 10 minutes will automatically lead to a cancellation “ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE NOT BEEN CONTACTED”
